History

Helix Engineering Ltd. was founded in February 2012. At the time, Scott Roessler, Michael Fredrickson and Randy Glenn were all employed at large engineering firms. The size and hierarchy of the companies meant less and less direct involvement with clients. Discussions ultimately led to the founding of Helix Engineering Ltd., a firm that would focus, first and foremost, on client service. Starting with the original three, Helix has continued to grow with the addition of top-tier technical staff. In September 2014 the ownership group partnered with Valerie Lethbridge, ALS to create Helix Surveys Ltd. to provide legal survey services to a growing client base. Building its reputation through hard work and meticulous attention to detail, Helix now manages over 150 clients and over 400 projects.
